Arik Besser, Managing Director in Capital Markets Distribution of Barclays Capital Israel. Since 2009, Mr. Besser created, trained and continues to lead the capital markets team that covers all client sectors and executes trades across all asset classes. The team covers financial institutions, government entities and corporate clients (risk solution group). Mr. Besser has played an instrumental role in several landmark fixed income deals, including The State of Israel and Delek Energy. Prior to Barclays Capital Israel, Mr. Besser served as Director for Global Markets for  eutsche Bank in Tel Aviv and London from 2007-2009. From 2000-2007, Mr. Besser held various high-level executive positions at Citibank, in New York and in Tel Aviv. Mr. Besser completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2006. He has an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a BA in Economics and Business Administration, magna
cum laude, both from Bar-Ilan University.
