Yacov Gelbard, President & CEO, Partner Communications

Yaacov Gelbard has been President & CEO of Partner since 2010. Previously, Gelbard was Chairman of the Board of Tefron in 2008-2010 and President & CEO of Bezeq – Israel Telecommunications Corp. Before joining Bezeq, Yaacov was President & CEO of Pelephone Communications in the years 2001-2005, of XXL (Electronic Commerce) (1999-2001) and of Blue Square Israel (1993-1999) and Chairman of the Board of the Blue Square Chain Investments & Properties (1993-1999). Gelbard is a CPA, and has a BA in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University. Yaacov Gelbard holds a voluntary position as a director on the board of AAA International Advertisers, and previously as Vice President of the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce, Chairman of the EAN Association of Israel, Chairman of the Advertisers Association of Israel and Chairman of the Retail Chain Stores Association.
